A FREE one-day Masterclass on Devising Theatre with Actor/Writer/Theatre Maker Angela Clerkin. This workshop will use improvisation as a springboard to create scenes and tell stories around the theme of secrets.
The day will be a practical, on your feet sort of a day. It will include exploring atmospheres, creating interesting characters, and using autobiographical stories to generate material. We will tell secrets and lies, look at how we behave when keeping someone else’s secret, and explode the moment when a secret is told.
